Heat dissipation effect of energy-saving LED
The surface of the PCB board with the copper end foot of the LED chip is arranged with a heat dissipation pad, and the heat dissipation pad is separated by Yin tin paste.
The disk has good heat dissipation effect, and the processing is simple. Compared with the existing scheme, the heat dissipation PCB board of the energy-saving LED is not needed
